Denise Ghilarducci is the school's Co-Director, Toddler and Pre-K teacher. She has been a member of the ICP community since 2006, first as a parent and now as an educator. She is a certified teacher and has many years of experience in preschool, middle school, and special education. She holds a Master’s in Instructional Technology from City University and a Bachelor’s in Special Education from BYU. Denise experienced being a co-op parent at ICP with her own children and is passionate about the experience. She is excited to educate through developmentally appropriate play and learning.

Our 2/3 and 3/4 teacher and Co-Director joined the ICP community in 2018 as a parent and is excited to move into her role as an educator. She is a certified teacher and has many years of experience teaching first and second grade. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University. Ashley is committed to serving the ICP community with her continued participation as a co-op parent and, now, as a passionate educator who strives to instill a love of learning in children through play-based education. As a mom to little ones, she looks forward to the opportunity to work with families in her community and facilitate discussions that will help our families navigate the challenges of parenting.
